150 COMPANIES OF GOODS AND SERVICES THAT HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR INTEREST IN BECOMING PARTNERS AND SPONSORS OF THE ITALIAN PAVILION AT EXPO 2020 DUBAI

There are 150 companies (goods and service providers) that have expressed their interest in becoming partners and sponsors of the Italian Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.

Request for Proposal (RFP) specifications will be published to formally acquire and define the concrete partnership proposals for the different categories of goods and services shortly.

The publication of the RFPs (to what will be given wide resonance and specific communication to the companies that have expressed interest) will initiate a procedure of partners’ selection by product category. The procedure can be attended by ALL interested operators, even if they have not previously expressed their interest.

The RFPs will contain all the information needed to define the entities, conditions, methods of cooperation and other aspects, including the criteria for evaluating the received proposals, for the awarding of technical partnership contracts. The RFPs and the consequent selection procedures will be subjected to the preventive collaborative supervision of ANAC.

The interested companies can still participate by contributing as:

1. FINANCIAL PARTNER: financial supporter of the entire event for Italy
2. EVENT PARTNERS for the organization and production of events, exhibitions and shows to be held inside or outside of the pavilion
3. SPONSORS for providing financial support to aid Italy’s participation in the Dubai 2020 Universal Exhibition.

The Notice published on 09 November 2018 (in the Official Journal of the Italian Republic, Special Series - Public Contracts No. 133 of 14/11/2018) remains therefore still in force for the 3 categories of partnership and sponsorship listed above up to 17 / 05/2019.
